I don’t remember her name exactly but I believe it’s Latisha, she did such a bad job cutting my hair. first of all she completely ignored my request of length, AND even ignored my hairstyle. toward the end she asked me which way i parted my hair (i don’t at all), then when i mentioned my hairstyle (the one i walked in with) she proceeded to fix it. EVEN after not listening to my request, which i pay for, she cut it very unevenly and i have a bunch of small hairs in the front sticking straight out bc she thought it was a good idea to cut them. My experience with sports clips has almost always been quite amazing, but this time was unacceptable. note that it’s just the person who cut my hair who messed up badly.

Caitlin (spelling?) did a fabulous job with my 12 year old son's hair. He's very picky about his hair, how it's cut and styled. She seemed to know just what to do after he explained how he liked it. He was super happy with the whole experience and his hair looks great. Caitlin also was very friendly. She welcomed everyone that walked in even though she was super busy. I was thinking that I'd want her working at my business if I owned a Sports Clips. Thank for a great experience all around!
